Stay in touch with the world outside by email, fax or phone. Available
at our office.
Stop in to the office to buy beer and wine, food and supplies,
local crafts, use the Internet, find information on the park and
local areas, make a trip or tour booking or just to have a chat
and find out what's on in Marahau that day.
Cooking Facilities - The Bull paddock camping ground, Cowman's
Cottage and the Backpackers cabins have large open plan kitchens
cleaned daily, complete with gas hobs, refrigerators, tables, microwave
oven and freezers.
Laundry Facilities - The Bull paddock camping ground, Cowman's
Cottage and the Backpackers cabins have coin washing machines, clothes
lines and dryers available to use.
Secure Car parking - Leave your car in our secure car park
for $6.00 per night while out in the Abel Tasman or get a free night
for each night you stay @ Old Macdonalds Farm.
Free Pick and and Set Down with Water Taxi's - Have your
water taxi pick you up from the office and bring you home after
your trip.
Recreational
Facilities - Take a swim in any of the the natural fresh water
swimming holes, play a game of 'beach' volley ball, take a relaxing
stroll through our native bush walk to the 400 year old Rimu tree,
or take a walk around the farm and feed the farm animals, visit
the United World Friendship grove & plant a native tree.
Camping Equipment - We hire out everything you need to take
into the park from sleeping bags and tents to cooking equipment
and packs.
Independent Guides - Kayak trips to suit you,
talk to Mitch and he will help you to set up and kayak the water
ways of the Abel Tasman.
