We loved staying at Old MacDonald’s Farm! It was a wonderful time to hang with some friends. The weather was good and the cabins were clean and the beds were comfy. Everyone was really nice, the location and scenery is beautiful!

2014 – Thanks so much for a most enjoyable 2 days, weather yesterday couldn’t have been better and we experienced the Coast in kayaks following Darrel’s excellent briefing. Raining today but Jo none the less seems to be enjoying her horse ride with Brian – she was damp but happy when the called by the van. So many happy memories of our once-in-a-lifetime trip to NZ. Dear “Old” Mr MacDonald, your farm is absolutely beautiful. It is peaceful and the weather has been lovely. I am camped next to a babbling brook and even got a couple of smooches from the flirtatious Larry (the Lama) I hope that I’m able to one day bring my friends and family here to visit as well. But for now I’m just thankful I was lucky (clever) enough to find it here and stay for a few days. Thank you for all the amenities and for sharing your lovely little slice of New Zealand (heaven) with us!
